LEADERSHIP
About the Executive Director:
Catherine Repman began her employment with York Day Nursery after graduating from Louisiana State University. She was a pre-K teacher, assistant director and promoted to Executive Director in 1985. She has served as board member for the local CCIS, is an advisory board member for the Child Care Vocational Program at the York County School of Technology, a member of the Professional Development Committee of Focus On Our Future, and a member of the Accreditation Committee for the local chapter of NAEYC. In 2007 Catherine graduated from Penn State-York with an Early Childhood Education Focused Master’s Degree.

About the Assistant Director:
Lisa Rumsey joined the YDN child care team in June, 2003, as Assistant Director. Lisa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Relations from Indiana University of PA and has almost 25 years of experience working in the early childhood field. She and her husband have three sons and enjoy a busy schedule with their activities. |
